ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the Letter D.No.1443 dated 21/09/2022 from The Judge, Family Court, Madurai; this Court made the following order:

"The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai sent a letter dated 21.09.2022, seeking further time to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.400 of 2016, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 21.04.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 21.09.2022, five months' time is extended from today to dispose of H.M.O.No.400 of 2016."
