O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction for speedy disposal of the criminal case in C.C.No.142 of 2011 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Having regard to the fact that the criminal case is pending from the year 2011 and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) also on instructions submitted that the examination of the witnesses is almost completed, this Court is inclined to direct the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, to dispose of the criminal case in C.C.No.142 of 2011 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
