This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.113 of 2017 and file a final report within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions would submit that the investigation is yet to be over and the second respondent police is expecting Viscera report so as to get the final opinion as to the cause of death. In such circumstances, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor also undertakes that the final report will be filed within a period of two months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the said submission and taking into account the facts and circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is

allowed with a direction to the second respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.113 of 2017 and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
