This petition is filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner and his property, by considering his representation dated 12.10.2016.
2.Mr.D.Jameel Arasu, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit the due to the property dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3, the petitioner instituted a suit in O.S.No.25 of 2016, before the District Munsif Court, Natham, and after contest in I.A.No.40 of 2016 in O.S.No.25 of 2016, the learned Judge has granted interim injunction in favour of the petitioner, by order, dated 06.10.2016. It is further submitted that the respondents 2 and 3 are the respondents in the injunction application and they have not preferred any appeal against the said order. However, they are disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioner and also giving life threat to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent, dated 12.10.2016. Since no order has been passed, this petition is filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and perused the records.
4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 12.10.2016 on merits and in accordance with law after providing opportunity to the necessary parties and to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petitions is disposed of.
