2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioners are being harassed under the guise of enquiry. He would further state that the first petitioner has also given a complaint against the defacto complainant.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit on instructions that the enquiry is pending in CSR.No.196 of 2017, dated 26.06.2017 on the file of the respondent Police and the alleged threat of arrest or harassment by the respondent Police is not true.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent Police is directed to register the FIR, if permissible as expeditiously as possible and further, the respondent Police should https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

not harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Further the petitioners are directed to co-operate with the respondent Police for investigation.
