This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter viz., Asha, aged about 20 years, before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the detenu appeared before this Court and on enquiry, she would state that she got married to one Youshan Mulla and she is now living with her husband.

3.Considering the fact the detenu, a major girl, married and living with her husband, we find that there is no illegal detention as alleged by the petitioner. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
