RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 26.02.2018 in Crl.OP(MD)No.3019 of 2018 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.DILIP KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3019 of 2018, dated 26.02.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
