ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the charge-sheet in Crime No.146 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent police within the time fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation is pending and the final report will be filed within a period of three months.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime.No.146 of 2015, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
