ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioners to the Police Station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners were called only for enquiry in respect of a complaint given by one Subamathi and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioners is required, the respondent would call the petitioners for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.
