This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.295 of 2018 dated 31.05.2018 passed by the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Trichy. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the conditions already imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
