ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Section 379(NP) in Crime No. not known of 2017 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has also given a counter complaint against the de facto complainant in this case and the same is pending before the respondent Police. He would further state that the petitioner is being harassed under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit on instructions that the enquiry is pending in CSR.No.291 of 2017, dated 17.06.2017 on the file of the respondent Police and the alleged threat or harassment by the respondent Police is not true.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent Police is directed to register the FIR if permissible as expeditiously as possible and the respondent Police should not harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Further, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the respondent Police for investigation.
