ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of petitioner and his family members, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 26.03.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that already the RDO enquiry is pending regarding this matter.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is inclined to direct the RDO concerned to decide whether the police protection to be given to the petitioner or not.
