ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner / A1, who was arrested on 20.06.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 392, 397 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.836 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused snatched the cell of the de facto complainant at knife point.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that totally there are 2 accused and the petitioner is arrayed as A1 in this case. He also submitted that cell phone was recovered and the petitioner is having similar type of offence in Crime No.582 of 2016 under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 506(ii) IPC r/w 3(2) 5(A) of SC ST Act and Crime No.352 of 2017 under Section 392 IPC before Othakadai Police Station. He also submitted that investigation is still pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner is having similar type of offence in Crime Nos.582 of 2016 and 352 of 2017 and investigation is still pending and the cell phone was recovered from this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
