This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that only the summon was served to the petitioner to appear for enquiry. He would further submit that the respondent police is right to enquire the matter.
