ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to consider and dispose the petitioner's complaint dated 03.03.2026 within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint as against one Venkatesh with respect to swindling of money and gold. However, no action has been taken. Hence this writ petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint made by the petitioner enquiry was conducted in CSR No.306 of 2026 and the same was closed, recording that the dispute involved is of civil nature.
4. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, giving liberty to the petitioner to file a private complaint, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
