*********** This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief of the early disposal of the petitioner's statutory appeal pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.The petitioner aggrieved by the cancellation of the planning permission earlier granted to him has preferred the statutory appeal before the first respondent on 25.03.2022. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the said statutory appeal.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the first respondent if the petitioner's statutory appeal is considered on merits and in accordance with law after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Accordingly, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
