in Crime No.25 of 2017 : Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents No.1 to 4 to pay the relief amount to the petitioner and 7 other victims a sum of Rs.50,000/- (25% of the total relief Rs. 2,00,000/-) each meant for the victims of Caste atrocities under Serial No.41 of Annexure read with Rule 12(4) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Rules 2016, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
