3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that it is a case in counter and petition enquiry is pending. He further submitted that the petitioner is not cooperating with the investigation.

No.7019 of 2020 4.Considering the fact and circumstances of the case and submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police for enquiry and cooperate with them. Further, the respondent Police is also directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
