(Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) When the Writ Petition was listed for hearing on 07.03.2022, since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption for dismissal today i.e. 21.03.2022.
2. Though the Writ Petition has been listed today under the caption "for dismissal", today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
