Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the tender cum auction notification of the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.112/2015 dated 14.07.2015 in respect of item No.2, Ground Shop, near Bus stop Clock Tower at Pattamadai, Tirunelveli District and quash the same and consequently, directing the respondent to renew the lease in respect of the ground shops in favour of the petitioner for further period of 3 years as per Government Order forthwith.
