ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.05.2017 and take appropriate action against the proposed accused. 2.The complaint given by the petitioner is admittedly pending before the second respondent police. If the same has not been acted upon by the second respondent police, the petitioner has to workout his remedy in accordance with the directions given by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13681 of 2017 and batch cases, dated 20.09.2018.
3.Under such circumstances, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. The petitioner shall workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
