The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, a condition was imposed by this Court to the effect that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- [Rupees Fifty Thousand only] to the credit of Crime No.50 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, within a period of three weeks without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the Trial Court.
