ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file report in Crime No.49 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completion of the investigation, the respondent police filed the final report on 12.05.2016, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
