Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Notification/Advertisement No.4 of 2014 dated 22.07.2014 in Daily Thanthi for direct recruitment of Lecturer (Senior Scale) for Government Law Colleges on subject wise specialization issued by the Teachers Recruitment Board, Chennai and the second respondent herein and quash the same in so far as the subject wise categorization for applying to the post is concerned and consequently direct the second respondent to conduct recruitment for all eligible Master of Law candidates in General and not on subject wise.
