ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, at Magisterial Level, Madurai to compete the trial in S.T.C.No.678 of 2022 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a complaint under Sections 138 and 142 of Negotiable Instrument Act before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Magisterial Level, Madurai. The case was taken on file in S.T.C.No.678 of 2022 and the same is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Magisterial Level, Madurai. He would further submit that the case is pending from for the past one year without any progress.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of this case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, 2/4

Magisterial Level, Madurai, to complete the trial and dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.678 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
