ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the fourth respondent.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a false complaint has been given by the petitioner against the police officials, he being involved in illegal transport of PDS rice and sale. On the basis of the complaint given by him, the Director General of Police forwarded the same to the Deputy Superintendent of Police and thereafter, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.8724 of 2021 further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
