ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 23.10.2020 and 01.02.2021 and thereby, take necessary action against the fourth respondent in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Mr.R.Murugaraj, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the first respondent and Ms.M.Rajeswari, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 2 & 3. 1/3
By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. Though various averments have been made in the writ petition, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 23.10.2020 and 01.02.2021, it would suffice.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the matter, it is suffice to direct the petitioner to give fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from today. On receiving such representation, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to both the petitioner and the respondents 3 & 4, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
