ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to life and limb and for survey and fix the boundaries in S.No.313/1C3, 1C2, 1C5 and 1C4 situated at Pirampatti South Village, Marungapuri (Taluk), Trichy District by taking into consideration of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent Police to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.03.2022 on merits after hearing the 4th respondent herein.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
