This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in M.C.No.205 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate cum Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner is in-law of the respondent. Since allegations have been made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.205 of 2014.

4. In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. However, the appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with and she is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate cum Additional Mahila Court, Madurai as and when required for interrogation.
