ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondent to disburse an amount of Rs.21,65,334/- (Twenty One Lakh Sixty Five Thousand 1/4

Three Hundred and Thirty Four Rupees only) which is payable for the construction work carried out in the year 2008 and 2009 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent would consider the petitioner's claim and pass appropriate order in accordance to law.

3. Recording the same, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's claim and pass appropriate order within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
