This revision has been filed seeking a direction to dispose the RLTOP.No.99 of 2021 pending on the file of the Rent Court, Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, Madurai, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. On perusal of the records it is seen that the respondent was already set ex parte and posted for ex parte evidence. Now, she has filed a petition to set aside the ex parte and it is pending for filing counter. Without filing counter, the petitioner has filed this revision for speedy disposal. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this revision seeking early disposal of RLTOP.No.99 of 2021.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
