ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.Kasinathadurai, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s.M.Aasha, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the 1st respondent, this Court made the following order:

The petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time to comply with the order made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4213 of 2021, dated 15.03.2022.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 15.03.2022, made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4213 of 2021, is extended till 04.05.2022 by failing which the petition stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
