Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner was granted lease of the petition mentioned land and they were permitted to put up construction to use it as a star hotel. The lease period commenced wayback in the year 1994. The lease is presently in subsistence. The petitioner wants waiver of lease rent during COVID period. The petitioner has given a representation on 27.02.2024 for waiver of the lease rent. The first respondent can take a call in the matter. 2/4

3. The first respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
