2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that final report has been filed by the respondent Police in Crime No.115 of 2014, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.5 of 2016, on 19.02.2016 and summons have been issued to the accused.

4. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is closed.
