Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent, this writ petition has taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
2. This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to direct the 4th respondent not to conduct any festival or Annandanam (Goat Slaughter) on 29.7.2015 before the Vanathu Chinnappar Church situated at Keelayambal Village, Memisal post, Manmelkudi Taluk, Pudukottai District.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent 1 to 3.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the inter-se dispute between the parties which was pending consideration was referred to the Tahsildar. Tahsildar has suggested to form a three members committee to conclude their dispute, on the peace committee meeting held on 13.01.2015. However, both the parties have not selected the three members and there is also likelihood of law and order problem. Therefore, no permission is granted to both the parties.
5. In view of the said statement, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
