Respondents P RAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certioarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the 2nd respondent's unilateral cancellation deed dated 01.08.2011 registered in Document No.1949/2011 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal consequently, to direct the 1st respondent to remove the entries of unilateral cancellation of settlement deed executed by the 2nd respondent in Document No.1949/2011 in the encumbrance certificate of the properties in Survey No.237/2, 237/8, 251/3B, 251/4 measuring to an extent of 59 cents, 32 cents, 50 cents and 56 cents respectively situated at Pachikottai Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has addressed a letter to the Registry requesting withdrawal. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
