Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Ref.Na.Ka.No.629/AA/2013-5, dated 6.7.2015, quash the same and consequently to direct the first respondent to pass final orders as per the conditions in Para No.2 at Page 4 of the tender notification in Na.ka.No.629/AA/2013, dated 27.8.2014 to commence the first year lease from (2015-2016) the date of final order to be passed and fix the second and third year lease period accordingly.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
