Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.CHANDRASEKARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order dated 17.06.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- by way of Demand Draft in favour of the Dean, Madurai Medical College Hospital, Madurai on or before 30.06.2020. Since the petitionr is unable to mobilize the amount, he seeks two weeks time to deposit the said amount.
