O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register FIR on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 19.05.2018. 2.According to the petitioner, he made a complaint to the second respondent police for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 465, 467 and 468 IPC. Since no action has been taken on the petitioner's complaint, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the enquiry was conducted. During enquiry, it was revealed that the bye-law of the Trust has been amended by the Trustees of the CSI Mission Hospital. On the basis of the amended bye-law, the proposed accused executed the documents and received money by mortgaging the property belonged to the Trust. The said amended bye-law has not been challenged. Court to seek his remedy.

4.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to seek his remedy.
