ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service as Data Entry Operator, by considering her representation, dated 15.02.2021. 2.Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. According to the petitioner, she was working as a Data Entry Operator in the second respondent Office. While so, she was 1/3

terminated from discharging her duty, by the second respondent and her termination was orally informed to her. Therefore, the petitioner has given representation, dated 15.02.2021, to the respondents to reinstate her into service. Since the respondents have not passed any orders on the representation, the petitioner has come out with the present writ petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition, without deciding the issue on merits, it is suffice to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.02.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
