ORDER
Though the writ petitioner seeks for survey to be conducted based on his application dated 18.11.2024, followed up with a representation dated 02.12.2024, Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate would submit that survey has already been conducted based on the petitioner's application dated 18.11.2024. Copy of the survey report has also been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner, if aggrieved by the said survey report, shall be at liberty to take recourse to the available avenues under law.
