ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 12.02.2025 and to grant adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of trespassing into the property and causing damage to the fence and trees. While so, he lodged a complaint on 22.11.2023 , no action was taken. Again he lodged a complaint on 29.12.2023 through online, thereafter the second respondent assigned CSR No.1114/2023 and no action was taken. Again the third respondent created forged documents and encroached the petitioner's property and thereby he lodged a complaint on 07.10.2024 and thereafter sent a representation dated 12.02.2025 and the same has not been considered, hence the present petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that earlier the petitioner lodged a 2/5

complaint and based on which CSR No.1114/2023 was assigned and the same was posted for enquiry and now the said enquiry is pending. In the mean time fresh representation also sent by the petitioner and the same is also pending enquiry and they will complete the enquiry within a period of 15 days.

Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider the representation for police protection and the same is pending for consideration and earlier complaint is also pending in CSR No.1114/2023,the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry pending in CSR No.1114/2023 and representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2025 within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
