The petitioners have filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to quash the first information report, registered against them and others, in Crime No.585 of 2015, by the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.
