ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide the benefit of One Time Settlement towards the loan availed by the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2024.

2.The petitioner availed credit facility from the first respondent Bank. He defaulted in repayment. Thereafter, the petitioner was granted with the benefit of One Time Settlement. The same has also not been complied by the petitioner. The petitioner earlier filed a writ petition seeking extension of time. This Court has also directed the petitioner to pay 25% of the outstanding amount on or before 22.12.2022 and the remaining amount in five equal monthly installments. However, even till today, the petitioner has not paid any amount towards his loan account. Hence, the petitioner is not entitled to seek the indulgence of this Court.
