It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 2 and 3.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that one Amudha Devi, the fourth

respondent in this petition has filed a complaint against the petitioner. It is further submitted that after enquiry, the case was closed on 05.07.2017. He further submitted that in the said circumstances, this petition is not necessary as there is no scope for any further enquiry and no question of harassment.

5. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
