ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police(Crime)C3, SS Colony Police Station, Madurai, the respondent herein to not to harass the petitioners on the complaint dated 27.04.2021 lodged by Gnanasekar against them.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 20.04.2022. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
