Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 286 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to hold an enquiry and pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner dated 13.06.2015 in the light of the Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by the first respondent herein and the order made by this Court in Ramasamy Vs State of Tamil Nadu 2014 (4) CTC 627 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to hold an enquiry and pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner dated 13.06.2015 in the light of the Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by the first respondent herein and the order made by this Court in Ramasamy Vs State of Tamil Nadu 2014 (4) CTC 627 within the time stipulated by this Court. By the said representation, dated 13.06.2015, she has requested the authorities to cancel the deed registered document No.2702 of 2014 dated 14.02.2014.

2. Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the official respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the official respondents, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.06.2015, as per Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011 and the order made by this Court in Ramasamy Vs State of Tamil Nadu 2014 (4) CTC 627, and also on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner, the fourth respondent herein as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
