PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner with her son in the guise of enquiry.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the official respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
