ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner purchased the petition mentioned property in the year 2010 through the registered sale deed. Now, he wants to sell the property. Citing the objection received from the petitioner's vendor's brother, registration has been refused.

3. For the present, I do not want to interfere with the impugned refusal check slip. The petitioner is permitted to re-present the document. The registering authority will issue notice to the objector Thiru.Muthuramalingam. Notice will inform the said objector that unless he obtains restraint order from the jurisdictional civil Court within four weeks from the date of receipt of the notice, the petition mentioned document will be registered. The registering authority will wait for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the notice by the objector and if no restraint order is received from the jurisdictional civil Court, the document will be received, registered and released subject to fulfillment of other usual formalities.
