This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the third respondent, the Inspector of Police, Periayur Police Station, Madurai District, to file final report in Crime No.11 of 2016, dated 20.01.2016.

2. Heard Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the records. 3.This petition is filed for a direction to the third respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.11 of 2016. Considering the fact that the case is registered under Sections https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

417, 418, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC., the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the preliminary enquiry is over and some more time is required for getting expert opinion as to the forgery of documents.

4. Having regard to the circumstances, this Court is inclined to dispose of this criminal original petition with a direction to the third respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.11 of 2016, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
